Clear Choice is a small locally owned business here in the Tri-cities begun in 2008 that takes care of your window washing needs (Residential and Commercial - although we are residential specialists).We do the exterior and /or interiors of the windows. Only want the outside done, but the inside of just the big one above the front door? We do that too! Our middle name is flexible and we're here to take care of you.Do you need your windows done only once or twice a year? You're covered. Need the screens fixed or the gutters cleaned? We do that too. Excellent service is our priority.

We clean windows inside and/or out (most people clean both in and out once a year and then outside only the rest of the time), wash screens and repair them if you desire and can handle most hard water situations. We can also clean gutters, and while we have the ladders out we'll change light bulbs for you (no charge) in high hard to reach places!

We're very careful around your bushes and flower beds, using only eco-friendly solutions to clean with. We also do new construction cleanup, and we're great for cleaning your windows right before you put your home up for sale, or right after you move in! Our work is guaranteed to your satisfaction.
